Ready to ride the wave of something new?

Whether you’ve never touched a surfboard or you have your sea legs, this beach day is designed just for you. We’re kicking off with a 2-hour, beginner-friendly surf lesson led by experienced instructors -no pressure, just encouragement and fun.

After the lesson, we’ll chill on the beach with your fellow mental health professionals: therapists, counselors, and healers who understand the unique challenges (and joys) of the work we do.

Because sometimes, the best self-care is sunshine, saltwater, and a crew who gets it.
