You'll arrive on the beach and first check in with Leah. Once our entire group has arrived, we will do some introductions and drop in with a meditation to get us ready for the experience. We'll then connect with Kokopelli and begin our private group surf lesson. You'll start on the beach with instruction on water safety, surfing etiquette and a stretch to guarantee a fun and safe lesson. ⁣⁣⁣⁣After warming up, you'll learn the proper way to paddle and stand up on a surfboard and will practice on the beach before moving to the ocean. ⁣⁣⁣For those with experience, you will work on refining your skills and deepening your connection with the ocean. In the water, the surf instructors will work closely with each sister to give a helping hand and step by step directions. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣After you've tapped into your own inner soul surfer, you will have an opportunity to connect in a sister circle for reflection and refreshments. ⁣⁣⁣

Absolutely not (that’s what the lesson is for), but the ability to swim is required. ⁣⁣If you DO have surfing experience, then the instructors will cater to that too - bringing you deeper into your relationship with surfing and sharpening your skills. This is truly for everyone! ⁣⁣⁣⁣
