April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Please join us for a free provider training focused on understanding and preventing secondary trauma and burnout in helping professions. This training is hosted by Douglas County Child Abuse Prevention Council, and the training is provided by FamilyWise. The training will explore how ongoing exposure to others’ trauma can impact your well-being and effectiveness, while offering practical tools and strategies to build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and sustain your passion for the work. This training is ideal for professionals working in human services, education, healthcare, childcare, and related fields.
