Join us for a supportive roundtable designed especially for parents, guardians, and caregivers of transition‑aged individuals (ages 16–21) with disabilities. This gathering offers a welcoming, understanding space to connect with others who share similar experiences—people who truly understand the challenges, successes, and day‑to‑day realities of caregiving.
While caregivers connect and engage in discussion, a supervised activity will be available for youth in attendance, making this an inclusive and family‑friendly event.
