Many social workers and counselors in supervisory roles
receive little to no formalized education or training to
become a supervisor. As a result, those with clinical
supervisory responsibilities often feel “in the dark” and
lack confidence in their supervisory skills.
In this interactive training, you will:
-Receive a comprehensive framework of Reflective Supervision
-Discuss ways to introduce and implement Reflective Supervision
-Reflect on the role of power dynamics, culture, and ethics in supervision
-Learn ways to offer feedback to supervisees
-Explore ways to address common supervisory challenges
