Supporting Staff with ADHD

In this session, members of the University staff will share of their stories of being diagnosed with ADHD as adults. They will explain how they have overcome the challenges they have experienced and the adjustments and support that have helped them manage at work and at home. If you have been considering a diagnosis, are reluctant to disclose or have had a recent diagnosis, this is a session to help. Also a great session for those who may want to support colleagues or family members.
