Loss of loved ones, loss of health, and loss of "life as we know it" challenges us as we move into our senior years. -Explore your beliefs and perceptions about mental health and the stigma surrounding it.
-Discuss how to be aware of those in need of an "ear".
-Be empowered to say something - "it takes a village".
-Identify community resources for help.
-Explore a variety of self-care tools.
