Supporting Families: Landlord–Tenant Law training session

Join us on Wednesday, January 28 at 10:00 AM for a practical, in-person training designed specifically for housing providers, case managers, and anyone supporting families navigating rental challenges.

This session will be led by Emily O’Donnell, Attorney at Law with Legal Aid of East Tennessee, who will walk through the fundamentals of Tennessee landlord–tenant law and the eviction process.

What You’ll Learn:

• What Tennessee law requires of both tenants and landlords in everyday situations
• How the eviction process actually works, from the first notice to the courtroom
• Practical guidance for helping families respond appropriately at each stage

Who Should Attend:
Social workers, case managers, family advocates, housing navigators, nonprofit staff, and anyone working directly with families facing housing instability.
