Jessica Parker complements this with her rich academic and research background in

psychology. As a dedicated educator and researcher who has worked with children and

young people in various settings, she offers a profound theoretical perspective grounded in

the latest scientific findings and academic wisdom.

Supporting Children and Young People with anxiety and trauma

The levels of children and young people experiencing anxiety are increasing. In this

webinar, we will explore some of the contributing factors and how we can support

children and young people. The needs of those experiencing anxiety alongside

trauma require careful unpicking. This webinar is situated within contemporary

insights and is crammed full of accessible and actionable ideas so that together, we

can provide more seamless and coordinated support for children and young people.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the biological, psychological, and social

factors contributing to anxiety in children and young people so that we can

recognise the signs early on and work to reduce the impact
