Supported volunteering session at Allestree Park
About this Event
Join us for a shorter, gentle, accessible volunteering session at Allestree Park.
We have:
Activities accessible from sitting or standing
Nature buddies to help welcome volunteers and build confidence on a one to one basis
On site toilet (please be aware not wheelchair accessible)
Handwashing
Free carparking and accessible from bus stops within walking distance.
Meet at the main carpark accessed from the A6.
Hot drinks provided, please bring your own food as required.
Weather appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes required (ponchos and waterproofs available to borrow, please let us know in advance if you would like these)
This shorter taster session takes place 10am-12pm.
