Welcome to our online event where we will discuss ways to support your teen if they are experiencing grief and loss.

Emma and Hayley from Conwy Mind's Young People's Team will share tips and strategies for parents, discuss how to approach difficult conversations and talk about who to turn to for more help.

You'll learn how to recognise the signs of grief and how to look after yourself during this time.

There will also be chance to ask questions, meet other local parents and discuss how you might react in different situations with your teen.
