ABOUT SEA:
Support through Expressive Arts (SEA) is a mental health support group that focuses on self-expression through art. Participants will create a project designed to help promote self-exploration and mental health stability. No art experience is required. Everyone is creative, including YOU!
The group and all supplies are free through support from the HELMS Foundation of the Mahoning Valley.
