Intention is to support legislation that would ban tethering and mandate owners of dogs kept outdoors to provide habitable living spaces
1130am – 1230am Meet at Paterson Field for Parking and Shuttle people and equipment to The Alabama State House
1230pm – 1:00pm Set up Equipment: audio system,
1:00pm - 2:00pm Speaker: Karen Borden/Nikki Lilly – Karen and Nikki will speak on the need for State-wide legislation and negative effects of tethering and inhumane containment
2:00pm – 230pm – Breakdown Event shuttle back to Paterson Field
