Supporting others can be deeply rewarding but it can also be emotionally demanding. This group was created for counselors, therapists, and counseling students who want a safe space to connect, reflect, and receive the same kind of care they give every day.Led by our student intern, Allison May, this weekly group provides a space to share experiences, process challenges, and explore ways to maintain emotional balance while working in the helping profession. Through open discussion and mutual support, participants will gain perspective, encouragement, and a renewed sense of purpose in their work.
