Are you taking care of your parent, spouse, or family member with Alzheimer's or dementia? Do you have questions about caregiving and need answers? Do you just want to talk to someone who understands? If you come to a caregiver support group you'll find answers, sympathetic listeners, and helpful ideas for everyday problems you face.
The Alzheimer's Association sponsors a support group for your situation.
We meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7 PM in the Lower Level of the Hillside building. You're invited to attend and share your experiences with others. We have frank discussions of the challenges you may face, and suggestions and solutions that have worked for others. We welcome all members of the community who care for their loved ones at home or in facilities.
