Supper Talk Cooking Club

Supper Talk is a Brooklyn-based cooking club — a group gets together, cooks a few dishes, and goes home with freshly made meals.
About this Event

It is for people who like to cook, but are tired of planning and eager to connect with others while checking something off their to-do list.

All experience levels are welcome and everyone goes home with four servings each of the 4-5 dishes we make together + refreshments.

This is our first club at the beautiful Purple Kale Kitchenworks!

When: Tuesday, October 6, 6–8pm

Where: 250 44th St, Brooklyn (near Industry City)

Cost: $120 ($100 vegetarian) — includes 4 servings of each dish + refreshments

Menu:

1. Middle Eastern Chicken Thighs (excluded from veg)
2. Bulgur and Orzo Salad with Lemon and Feta
3. Roasted Vegetables
4. Herby Radicchio Salad
5. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

The Space: Purple Kale Kitchenworks is run by chef and renowned cookbook author Ronna Welsh and located about 10 minutes south of Park Slope. Ample street parking nearby, plus the N, R, and W trains.
