Join us for an intimate three-course coconut culinary class led by Roderick Brown, Flatbush Central’s very own coconut expert.

The evening begins with a flight of naturally infused coconut waters, followed by coconut fried rice finished with delicate pieces of smoked salmon, and concludes with a house-made coconut ice cream.

Through each course, Roderick will share his knowledge of the coconut, its versatility, and the flavors that have made him a beloved presence in our community.
