Supper Club: A Taste of Palestine

"Supper Club: A Taste of Palestine" is a special fundraising event that celebrates Palestinian culture through its vibrant and bold cuisine, while raising awareness and funds for families affected by genocide. Palestine, one of the most oppressed yet strongest countries in the world, celebrates its rich heritage through food, and we join in that celebration, especially following the holy month of Ramadan.

The evening features a delectable menu with small plates like Za’atar-Spiced Chickpeas with Labneh, a Palestinian Pickle Board, and a Trio of Hummus with Shatta Followed by main courses such as Musakhan and Tahini-Roasted Aubergine.

Guests will also enjoy Palestinian-inspired drinks like the Sumac Sour and Shatta Margarita, and end the evening with indulgent desserts like Knafeh Nabulsi and Date & Orange Jam Bars.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to families affected by genocide, helping provide much-needed relief and support. Every bite and sip is a step toward celebrating Palestinian resilience and making a meaningful impact.
