The April instalment of our Supper Club, a special evening celebrating the best seasonal produce. A chance to gather with friends and family around a beautiful six-course menu.

• Ladysden asparagus, Kentish ham, cured egg yolk + wild garlic.

• Spratsbourne estate pork belly, crispy black pudding, rhubarb ketchup.
• Roasted jersey royal potatoes + sage.
• Charred asparagus + green sauce.
• Braised fennel + crispy chorizo.
