Supervisor Training: Train the Trainer

Bert Eades, Business Services Director for Genedge, will lead this Train the Trainer training designed for front line supervisors. This training will help individuals who train others by providing them with basic tools for success. This training will focus on preparing employees to function effectively in trainer roles, emphasizing principles best suited for adult learning, effective communication and hands-on training techniques. The discussion will include behaviors for trainers to effectively convey information and provide feedback to optimize the learning environment.
