Supervisor Training Module 9: Coaching to Win

Hybrid format – Instructor-led and Online self-paced

The Supervisor Training Program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to effectively supervise and manage employees. The program centers on the value of effective supervision and improves the participants’ ability to lead and motivate others.

Module 9: Coaches play a very important role in the success of a sports team. They develop and motivate players. They work hard to bring out the best in each player and to unify their players into a winning team. Coaching in the workplace has basically the same purpose and involves similar techniques. In this course you will learn effective techniques you can use every day to coach your employees to higher levels of performance, which means greater success for you, your employees, and your department.

Participants can earn .4 CEUs per 4-hour course

• Participants must attend the entire 4-hour course

• Participants must register, arrive on time, and validate attendance

• Participants must participate in each activity

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
