CONNSTEP's Supervisor Bootcamp workshop is designed to provide skills & knowledge to become a successful supervisor. On Fridays for 7 weeks.
About this Event

As a supervisor, you play a critical role in the success of your team and the organization as a whole. Supervisor Bootcamp workshops explore various aspect of supervision, from leadership and communication to delegation and conflict resolution.

Through a combination of presentations, interactive activities, and best practices, you will gain practical tools and strategies to manage your team effectively and achieve your goals. You'll asl o learn about key principles of Lean Awareness, recognizing obstacles to workflow and waste in your processes.
