About this Event

As a supervisor, you play a critical role in the success of your team and the organization as a whole. Supervisor Bootcamp workshops explore various aspect of supervision, from leadership and communication to delegation and conflict resolution.

Through a combination of presentations, interactive activities, and best practices, you will gain practical tools and strategies to manage your team effectively and achieve your goals. You'll also learn about key principles of Lean Awareness, recognizing obstacles to workflow and waste in your processes.
