Supervising 101- 2 day in-person Leadership Training Event for leaders of all levels.

Supervising 101will teach new and emerging supervisors the tactical skills necessary to succeed in their role. Often, supervisors are promoted into their role because they are great at their job, however the promotion doesn’t always come with training for the hardest part of it all- leading people. There are basic, tactical skills and knowledge needed in every day supervising and that is what this course is meant to teach.

Supervisors will come away from this course with confidence in how to lead a productive and effective team.
