The Carvalas brothers have hit it big! Or so they think. Their employer has just died under dubious circumstances and the brothers have inherited his vast estate. But there is a problem- a stipulation in the will makes the estate theirs only if it doesn't sell within 90 days. When a prospective buyer shows up, the boys concoct a scheme to convince her the house is haunted. Things go wrong when it seems they accidentally scare the poor woman to death. In their attempts to scheme their way out of this mess, they uncover a truth far more complicated than even they could have cooked up.
