Supermoon Energy Winter Sound Bath Experience inside Christmas Tavern
Advertisement
Join Claire at Delamere Station House for this full moon inspired, deep meditative immersive sound bath experience inside the Christmas Tavern
Bring a hot water bottle, fleecy blankets and snuggle up inside our Christmas Tavern and lets the vibrations and sounds of the bowls wash over you, allowing you to reset your mind.
After the session we will all huddle around the fire pit with a herbal tea and a homemade cacao snack and connect with others in the group or reflect in silence.
