Be a Superhero for SIA this Summer! 🦸The Superhero Triathlon is a fun, fully accessible and inclusive event, and is part of the UK’s only disability sport series.With three distances to choose from, you can fly solo or team up with sidekicks for this super challenge.
The challenge:
Sprint: Swim 150m, Bike 3k, Push/run 1k
Half: Swim 400m, Bike 10K, Push/run 2.5k
Full: Swim 750m, Bike 20k, Push/run 5k
