Join us for the Cactus Chili Cook-Off, a free event open to anyone who wants to cook, sample, or hang out for the big game.

Event Schedule
• Setup begins at 3:30 PM
• Sampling & voting at 4:30 PM
• Judging & winners announced around 5:30 PM

Chili will be judged on flavor, uniqueness, heartiness, heat level, and consistency, with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Entrants:
• Sign up at the bar after January 15th
• Limited to 16 competitors

For everyone else:
Free entry, giveaways, liquor tastings, drink specials, and plenty of chili to go around.
