Super Normal Extra Natural

An audience assembles in County Mall Shopping Centre, in the heart of Crawley. A woman with a yellow backpack takes the escalator, the assistant manager drops her keys, and the deputy head of accounts finds them. A couple argue about who did what to whom, and someone, somewhere starts to move.

A seemingly normal day starts to merge with a world of angels and demons, hope and pain.

Experience County Mall Shopping Centre from a whole new perspective. Using headphones to connect to the soundtrack, audiences become a part of a surreal world that blurs the boundaries between reality and performance.

Super Normal Extra Natural is a new, community-based performance made with the people of Crawley, from the creators of experiential performances Future Cargo and DeadClubTM.

Dancers and singers are joined by Crawley locals to take over County Mall Shopping Centre in this unique, intimate and constantly surprising dance spectacle.

Tickets

This performance uses headphones which will be provided upon arrival. Headphones are limited to 125 pairs. Please book a 'With Headphones' ticket if you'd like them for the performance.

The performance can be fully enjoyed without the use of headphones. Please book a 'Without Headphones' if you don't want them for the performance.

If you miss out on a 'With Headphones' ticket, please book 'Without Headphones' and we will operate a 'first come first served' service if headphones become available during the performance.

The Creative Crawley Space at County Mall is on the first floor of the centre, opposite Primark.

County Mall is well served by bus routes 10, 20, 281, 3 and 400. Bus stations are are a short walk from the doors to the centre.

Crawley train station is a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre.
