90-Minute Stand Up Paddleboard Intro & Yoga Class
Experience the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and play on the water 🌊✨
This unique 90-minute class begins with a beginner-friendly introduction to stand up paddleboarding, followed by a gentle and restorative yoga practice—all on your board. After a quick overview of paddling basics, safety, and technique, we’ll take a short paddle out to our anchor point and settle into a 60-minute yoga session surrounded by nature.
No experience? No problem. This class is open to both beginners and experienced yogis. Teens and adults are welcome (minors must be accompanied by an adult), and participants should be comfortable in the water.
What to bring:
Sunscreen, comfortable clothing for movement, towel, water, and water-friendly shoes for safe entry and exit.
All necessary equipment is provided. If you prefer to bring your own board, paddle, life vest, whistle, and anchor, a discounted option is available.
This class is taught with a trauma-informed approach, offering supportive guidance and accessible variations so you can move at your own pace.
