SUP Yoga - connect, breathe and move on a paddleboard on the water! A gentle movement practice for mobility, core, balance and nervous system relaxation. Fun and not as hard as it may sound - open to all! You can bring a board if you have a suitable one, or it can be included in the ticket price.
