Get out on the water for an adventurous weekend with good food, SUP Yoga, and lots of time in the water!
This retreat has two options for participation:
1 - Stay at the lake for two nights with delicious meals and the opportunity to wake up on the water
2 - Come for the day only and enjoy the lake and SUP yoga class with dinner at the end of the day. (If you’re coming for the day and you have your own SUP, there is a discounted price.
