This Nature Immersion will take us to the water. We will be enjoying a light paddle to adjust to the ground moving beneath us followed by a flow yoga class. This class will be all levels and specifically tailored to moving with balance on a paddle board. Did you know I was also certified in teaching SUP Yoga? It's so fun and was a big part of my practice when I lived in Florida, so I am super excited to bring this to Winchester!!
For those of you that aren't to sure about the whole paddle board experience, there will be a floating dock with 4 spots to practice. This will give you the feel of floating, yet offer you more stability, without the potential of "falling in the water". Although I HIGHLY recommend "falling" in and refreshing your body, mind and spirit! It is an immersion after all.
And for those of you that want to come and enjoy a day of the outdoors with awesome people, there will also be 4 spots on dry land that you will be able to practice on.
I will be serving lunch with lots of yummy goodies and we will hang out afterwards to continue swimming or paddling or just enjoying a lovely day immersed in nature with fantastic people.
A few notes, there are only 5 paddle boards, so space is limited for those (unless of course you are bringing your own). There are also only 4 spots on the dock and 4 on dry land, so if you are wanting one of those, please let me know.
Bring water, sunscreen, swim clothing, a towel, a playful attitude, and an open heart. I will take care of the rest. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to seeing everyone there, as we kick off the Summer with a splash!!!
$50 for dry land participants, dock space participants and participants who are bringing their own paddleboard.
*$20 Rental fee for the 5 reservable paddleboards
