Ahhh yoga bliss on the water! Come find your peace on the water!Pray play flow grow glow-ride nature's gentle tide.
This class will be a little different as we will be holding poses for 3-5 minutes, feel free to bring props. I will bring some too!
Dolphins & turtles are frequent visitors to class.
Join Jodi for a feel great yoga session on the paddleboards, all levels welcome. Paddle instruction will be provided so we can paddle out to a yoga spot! Must be able to swim, as well as stand from the ground
