Paddle and Glow Walk: A Community Event for a Cause!Get ready for a magical evening on the water and under the stars with Paddle and Glow Walk, a heartwarming event that blends adventure, community, and compassion for animals in need! Hosted monthly, this event is designed to bring together paddlers, pet lovers, and kind-hearted souls who want to make a difference while enjoying an unforgettable experience with their furry companions.
We’re thrilled to partner with Paula’s Pet Pantry, a local non-profit dedicated to ensuring that no pet in the Ocean Beach community goes hungry. By joining this event, you’re not only immersing yourself in an incredible night of paddling and glowing fun, but you’re also directly supporting pets and families in need. Whether you’re an experienced paddler or new to the sport, whether you have a dog or simply love them, this event welcomes everyone looking for a fun way to connect, give back, and light up the night!
🌊 What to Expect:
🐾 Meet & Mingle: Arrive early to connect with fellow paddlers, dog lovers, and community members. This is a great time to drop off your pet food donations, and for every donation, you'll receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win an exciting prize!
🛶 Community Paddle: Grab your paddleboard and hit the water with us! Whether you're a seasoned paddler or new to the sport, this group paddle is all about fun, connection, and supporting a great cause.
✨ Glow Pack Walk: After the paddle, gear up for a glowing adventure! Purchase a Light Up Pups glow collar for $20 or bring your own light-up accessories. Each participant will also receive glow sticks and a neon band for their pup. Then, we’ll take a 1-2 mile group walk (45 min - 1 hour), letting our glowing pack light up the night!

Join us behind the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Liberty Station. You can Rent or Bring your own Board to get out on the water.
ALL DOGS & HUMANS ARE WELCOME
Dogs must be on a leash at ALL times
Please Bring a Flat leash if possible if paddling.

4:30PM:
Check in! Meet and Greet - Donate your dog food/treats for a chance to WIN some amazing prizes for the opportunity drawing!
5:15PM:
Start getting ready to Paddle!
5:30PM - 6:30PM:
Group Paddle down Liberty Station waterway with SUP Pups owner Samantha taking awesome photos and videos of you.
7:00PM:
Call the WINNERS! Then get ready to glow up the night for the Glow Pack Walk led by Diana from Light Up Pups
LIGHT UP COLLARS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FOR $20!!
7:15PM:
After paddle stretch with Samantha, put things back away and get ready for the pack walk.
7:30PM - 8:30PM:
GLOW PACK WALK WITH DIANA
We highly recommend you sign up for our Private SUP Lesson first if you have never paddle boarded before with your dog.
Use Code: EVENT to get discount on a private lesson prior to coming :) There will be help and guidance on the water but not one-on-one at the events.
You are responsible for your dog and their actions.
