Known for delivering unique sound meditation experiences, incorporating different styles of overtone singing, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, layered and sequenced play back, each sound bath is a unique journey into the Self where relaxation, acceptance, clarity and rejuvenation emerge.
Taking time for ones self and embody a deep healing practice that brings you out of the cycles of your day-to-day life and into right relationship with your body, mind and heart.
The Wee Retreat is the perfect place to host the event, being warm, and providing high quality yoga matts, eye masks and some blankets, as well as a range of teas.
All of you is welcome and you are invited to connect to deeper parts of your self, through visions, somatic sensations through the vibrational and sonic medium that supports and suspends your state of awareness, allowing you to journey inside without judgement, supported, while allowing your body to heal.
