08:00 – Yoga begins sharp with Kirstin Edmunds – awaken your body and mind
09:00 – Conscious Dance guided by Via Henderson, with DJ sounds by JHB Thabi – move freely, connect deeply
10:00 – Closing Ceremony – a gentle moment to seal the morning with gratitude
