Guided through a curated lineup of Suntory’s finest expressions by Suntory Brand Ambassador Josh Smyth, guests will explore the delicate balance, depth, and precision that define Japanese whisky each pour thoughtfully paired with freshly prepared sushi from UMAI Japanese Kitchen, to elevate and complement every flavour note.

Whether you’re a seasoned whisky lover or simply looking for a unique night out, this is a celebration of harmony, flavour, and craftsmanship not to be missed.

For this special occasion, we have been lucky enough to secure two of Japan’s most sought-after whiskies, Hibiki 21 and Yamazaki 18, offering a rare opportunity to experience these world-renowned expressions side by side. These spirits are rarely found on the Irish Market, with very small allocations released globally each year. Often resulting in increased scarcity and higher price tags as demand continues to grow worldwide.
