Join us in sunny Naples, Florida, for the SUNSPRA 2026 Conference, where school communicators from across the state will come together to learn, share, and connect.This year’s theme, The Ripple Effect: Expanding Communications, explores how the ever‑evolving K–12 education landscape is reshaping the way we think about, plan, and deliver school communications. From emerging challenges to innovative marketing strategies, sessions will focus on expanding reach, influence, and impact across school districts of all sizes.
All conference sessions and accommodations will be hosted at the Hyatt House Naples, just steps from Fifth Avenue South—the “Crown Jewel of Naples”—and only a three‑minute drive from beautiful Naples Beach. Attendees will put their feet in the sand to explore PR lessons from the $24‑million reconstruction of the iconic Naples Pier, enjoy a sunset networking cruise aboard The Naples Princess, and return home refreshed, inspired, and ready to finish the year on a strong note.
Conference sessions kick-off Wednesday afternoon featuring insights from the National School Communicator of the Year, opportunities to learn more about yourself as a leader, and proven, practical strategies shared by school PR professionals from across Florida. The Conference experience includes a celebratory luncheon featuring the presentation of the 2026 Sunshine Medallion Awards and culminates Friday morning with a flurry of idea spark sessions.
Designed for communications professionals at every level and across a variety of roles, the SUNSPRA Conference delivers high‑quality, practical professional learning. Thanks to our generous sponsors, conference registration for SUNSPRA members is just $99—and includes meals*. If the system only allows you to choose “non-member” it means your membership has lapsed. After registering for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to reserve your room at the Hyatt House Naples.
Conference Hotel Rate: $129 per night for the first 50 registrants.
A savings of $75 per night (regular rate: $204)
