10:00 GRILL TEAM SETUP
Grill Teams Line the Piazza and prepare to compete.
12:00 LIGHTING OF THE GRILLS
Grill Teams Light Their Grills and the Competition is officially underway.
2:00 FESTIVAL BEGINS
Family Fun gets underway with Music, Bounce Houses, Vendors, Silent Auction and Raffles.
5:00 SERVING LINE OPENS
Ready, Set, Eat. Serving Line is officially open.
6:00 SERVING LINE CLOSES
Over 2,000 steaks have been served and the Grand Champion will soon be announced.
6:30 WINNERS ANNOUNCED
A new Grand Champion is named as the winners are announced at the main stage.
