Join me for Sunsets, Singing Bowls, and Stress Relief in the serene embrace of Blackburn Park. Held during the magical hour of the setting sun, this event invites you to soak up the earth’s natural goodness while resetting your circadian rhythm.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, a rain stick, crystal pyramid and the Flower of Life wind gong, all played with care and intention by certified sound healer Jennifer Hawkins.

This class is designed to gently reset your nervous system, combining the healing power of nature with the calming resonance of sacred instruments. Bring whatever you need to sit or lay comfortably on the ground for one hour and allow yourself to unwind and connect. After class, take a few moments to bask in the full beauty of the sunset as it paints the sky.
