Join us on starting Sunday, March 2nd at 4:30 PM for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session as the sun sets over the beautiful Miami skyline. This in-person event will take place at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Miami, providing the perfect backdrop for an evening of mindfulness and tranquility on their rooftop overlooking Brickell.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is suitable for all levels. Don't miss this opportunity to unwind and connect with community in a serene and picturesque setting. Healthy refreshments and snacks will be provided by Four Seasons Hotel Miami.

Parking: Four Seasons Hotel Miami is pleased to offer our guests a discounted valet rate of $20 per car, payable upon departure. A parking validation will be provided upon arrival at the pool deck for added convenience.

Alo Goodies will be handed out at the beginning of class.

Yoga: Each session will be thoughtfully tailored to align with the energy of the day, the season, and the participants. Class sizes will be limited to maintain exclusivity and provide personal attention to hotel guests, residents, and local community of Miami.

Luxury Collaboration: Alo Yoga, a globally renowned yoga wear and accessories brand, will enhance the experience by providing premium yoga mats and curated wellness Alo goodies for participants.

About April May Yoga:

April Gardner is a well-known Miami based fitness instructor that has been teaching fitness classes and experiences for over 9 years and is an ambassador for Alo Yoga and Manduka Yoga. April teaches a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Myofascial Release Yoga, Restorative Yin, Meditation and Sculpt & Pilates classes to students of all levels.

April currently teaches at one of the top fitness studios in Miami - Mimi Yoga as well as Sunrise Yoga weekly on South Beach every Friday. She was also recently featured as the Visiting Wellness Master at Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica, and taught the opening yoga classes their Wellness Shala in December of 2023 and for the month of November in 2024. Overall, April is community driven on her classes and leads with the intention of making Miami more mindful and spreading mindfulness.
