Sunset Yoga @ The Miamisburg Mound

Join us for a peaceful and uplifting Sunset Yoga experience at the Miamisburg Mound!

As the sun begins to lower in the sky, we’ll move through a gentle Vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement in a way that feels natural, grounding, and accessible. This practice is designed to guide you through fluid sequences that help connect your mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to settle into the present moment while surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Together, we’ll also take time to honor and connect with the energy of the sun—its warmth, its light, and the life it sustains. Through intentional movement and awareness, we’ll tap into the many benefits the sun offers, from boosting mood and energy to supporting overall well-being.

All levels are welcome—especially beginners. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll feel supported and encouraged in this environment.

This is a donation-based event, created to keep yoga accessible to everyone. You’re welcome to contribute in whatever way feels right for you. Suggested donation is $15 and may be made here on Eventbrite or on our website or Cash, Venmo or Cash App (day of event).
