Sunset Yoga Social- Nashville Chapter

Sunset Yoga Social is a restorative evening designed to help professionals slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with themselves. This event is an opportunity for women in public health to connect and reset. It will take place during golden hour, blend gentle yoga, guided meditation, and intentional rest with refreshing drinks (non-alcoholic) and community connection. I invite individuals to step away from the demands of everyday life and pour back into your own well-being.

Event will take place on the lawn next to the Parthenon.
