As the day softens and the sun begins to set, we gather in the heart of Amsterdamse Bos.
A moment to slow down.
To breathe deeply.
To move with intention.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself, your mat and an open mind. Together we'll practice, connect and welcome the sunset surrounded by nature.
