We’ve loved sharing our first two community yoga events with all of you, and now we’re excited to introduce something new…
Sunset Yoga.
For the first time, we’re moving our class later in the evening so we can practice together as the sun sets. There’s something truly special about ending the day surrounded by peaceful movement, fresh air, and a beautiful sky.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this evening is for you.
🥋 Excel Academy students: Yoga is one of the best ways to improve flexibility, balance, mobility, recovery, breathing, and focus—all of which can help you become a stronger martial artist. If you’ve been wanting to kick higher, move more freely, or simply feel better after training, this is a great place to start.
❤️ Not a martial artist? No problem! This event is open to everyone in our community. Come as you are, bring a yoga mat, and enjoy an evening of movement, connection, and relaxation.
