This 75-minute class blends breathwork, yoga, and meditation to help align body and mind with the rhythm of the day and season. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, this experience is about coming together in community—with friends, family, and nature—to open up and wind down with intention.
