Sunset Yoga by the Sea
Relax and slow down with a 60-minute Hatha yoga session by the sea.
Practise breathwork, slow flows, longer-held postures, and enjoy a guided meditation, accompanied by the soothing sound of the waves.
The session takes place in a small group at a hidden spot with a breathtaking view. After the practice, you have the option to take a refreshing swim.
Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. Yoga mats and a welcome drink are provided. Guided by a certified and experienced yoga teacher.
