Join us at New England Equine Rescue on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 5:30 PM for a 50-minute, all-levels slow flow vinyasa led by volunteer and certified yoga instructor Jaqueline Foy.The peaceful farm setting, with horses and donkeys nearby, offers the perfect backdrop for grounding movement, mindful breath, and slowing down. After class, guests are welcome to wander the grounds and spend a little time with the animals.
Details:
50-minute all-levels slow flow vinyasa (a gentle yoga style that combines slow, intentional movements with a focus on breath and mindfulness)
BYO yoga mat + a blanket or towel
Outdoors and weather-dependent (email updates will be sent if changes are needed)
