Hey y’all! 🙂 Join me at Riverview Park in Alton, as I lead everyone through a 45 minutes yoga session, as the sun sets over the river 🌞 🌅
This class is beginner friendly.. all levels are encouraged & welcome! 🤗
The class is $15 per person. Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay are all accepted forms of payment. 🙂
What to bring:
Your own mat or blanket
Drink
Pillow (optional)
What to expect:
Arrive between 7:30-7:40pm to set up mats!
I will begin teaching yoga at 7:45pm. It will end right before 8:30.
I will lead everyone through a small meditation at the end. Bring whatever to make you comfy. 🙂
